Indy Food Coop

The Indy Food Coop is being planned and will be a cooperative of owner/members that are working hard to fill an important grocery need so that Near Eastside residents, and others, can have access to fresh, whole, organic, and natural foods in a convenient location at the lowest possible cost.

At our food cooperative, our owner/members that participate in the cooperative will be entitled to discounts on the food that is produced – and members of the community are welcomed to join this program. The Indy Food Coop is one of the important elements of the GINI Near Eastside Quality of Life Plan.

Here’s how to learn more about the cooperative movement and join the Indy Food Coop.

1. First, learn more about the cooperative movement by visiting the Organic Consumer Association. It is a public interest organization dedicated to build a healthy, safe and sustainable system of food production and consumption
